Cuza Voda Street

Featuring late 19th century architecture, in the style of South-Eastern European commercial houses made of two-story buildings with shops on the ground floor, and family residences on the upper floor, this street used to be the center of Buzau's commercial life, the place that Greek, German and Jewish merchants used to call home. Sadly many of the houses didn't survive the communist regime.
